M&A Accountant - ACA Big 4 Qualified

Ignata Finance are delighted to be exclusively representing a private equity backed, highly acquisitive business for the recruitment of a new M&A Accountant. This role will be predominantly focused on modelling and due diligence around potential acquisitions and advising on key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified and come from a Big 4 corporate finance or M&A focused role, either as a first move into industry, or potentially someone who has already made that move and is now looking for a more senior role with a higher level of responsibility and influence.

You will have strong modelling skills, and have a good eye for detail, to be able to get into the numbers, allowing the CFO and board to accurately plan for future acquisitions.

This role will also focus on stringent reporting post acquisition, aligning the accounts and producing accurate MI for the board.

You will have strong business partnering skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels across the group, with the gravitas to influence decisions.

Key experience and qualifications required:

ACA Big 4 qualified

Previous corporate finance/M&A focused role

Strong Excel modelling skills

This role will allow you to work remotely for a significant part of your week on a permanent basis. The office is in Greater London. 

Salary: £60k-£70k
