*Accurate, timely and secure delivery of performance reporting
*Development and implementation of BI delivery and tools strategy, effecting a transformation in how BI is delivered today
*Rationalisation of legacy reporting, automation of manual reporting, and rapid prototyping of new reporting outputs
*Establishing quality assurance controls, checking, and exception reporting to ensure rigour in the data contained within
published reports
*Close working with other operating divisions to develop data and tools capability to deliver improvements in BI delivery
*Close working with newly established Information Governance Office to implement robust controls and processes around the
management of the reporting catalogue
*Close working with newly established BI Business Partnering function to meet reporting demand and support prioritisation of
development projects according to impact and expected benefit
*Ensure appropriate and controlled use of BI tools by end-users across the organisation
*Support the design and development of new reports to ensure high quality outputs are delivered to key decision makers across
the organisation
*Grow and develop the BI Delivery team, establishing a strong culture based on high standards of engagement and delivery
You will be an experienced leader of BI delivery in a large organisation, with a strong track record of driving operational improvement through well designed reporting and accurate data outputs.
An accomplished influencer, confident engaging at all levels of the organisation and a driver of change, one who relishes the opportunity to leverage a strong technical background to influence strategic decisions at the top table.
A commercially astute storyteller, comfortable discussing how operational performance is impacting financial performance across the P&L.
