Finance Business Partner

Niche manufacturing business who have had an incredible year both within the UK and export markets are now looking to strengthen their finance team with a Finance Business Partner. This role offers a real step away from the standard month end reporting and an opportunity to make a positive impact on effectiveness and business profitability.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be a key liaison point between finance and the wider business, helping non-finance stakeholders to better understand their cost drivers, identify efficiencies and drive improvements. Core activities will include:
* Development of a manufacturing reporting suite identifying KPI's and delivering analysis which will better inform business decisions
* Work with the operational and finance team to develop stock reporting, ensuring that the business makes the best of the capabilities of a newly installed ERP system
* Act as the "go to" finance lead for operational staff, building strong business relationships and providing ad hoc analysis, adapting to the changing needs of the business
This role offers a real platform to build a strong profile within the organisation. It would be an ideal career opportunity for a qualified (CIMA/ACCA) accountant who is looking for a more operationally focussed role away from the day to day finance reporting.
