Elevation Recruitment Group are currently seeking a knowledgeable and driven Payroll Supervisor for a well established business in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will have a credible amount of experience within a similar, senior or supervisory payroll position and will join the business to take on the responsibility of overseeing a small payroll team to process to the end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll, including all complex/escalated queries.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the end to end payroll process across both weekly and monthly
- Maintain and update holiday, sickness & general employee records
- P45 production and distribution
- Ensuring accurate payment of all employee wages and dealing with any relevant queries through to resolution
- RTI and Auto Enrolment
- Process and check any missing hours
- Produce relevant payroll reporting
- Process any changes to bank details or personal details
- Process starters and leavers
- Assist in the running of all year end and month end processes
- Filling and ensure all administration documentation procedures are maintained
- Assist the process for all duties related to P11Ds
- Maintain compliance with HMRC regulations
- Ensure that the Payroll system is regularly maintained and updated
- Assist with the training and development of the Payroll Function & Team
Elevation are currently looking for individuals with the following skills and experiences:
- 5+ years' experience within a payroll function
- Supervisory experience (desired)
- Experience of working well as part of a team
- Ability to work well towards strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT/Excel skills
