Corporate Finance Executive

Our client is one of the most highly regarded growing Corporate Finance teams in the North West area.  Increased workflow has created the need to recruit and expand the team.  The team could accommodate ACA’s looking for a first move into corporate finance or an experienced Corporate Finance Executive seeking a next step in your Corporate Finance career. You will be exposed to a broad portfolio of work including transactional work, working on smaller deals and developing within the team to become a key player on large deals.  Activity will include MBO’s, MBI’s, acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews.

The ideal candidate will be a chartered accountant, with excellent communication and commercial skills, strong personal drive and a pro-active team member. You should be happy working in a medium sized team where team spirit is very important, and capable of acting on your own initiative in a stand alone capacity where required.
