Group Reporting Manager

A well-established manufacturing and distribution group based in The Black Country is looking to hire a Group Reporting Manager for its finance department. Based in Dudley, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your New Role

This is a vital role within the business as it seeks to strengthen the resource and capability of the group finance function. You will report directly into the Group Finance Director and, as a part of the senior management within the business, lead and develop your own team too. Responsibilities of the Group Reporting Manager will include:

• Delivery of high standards of financial reporting, planning, analysis and commentary.
• Development and enhancement of group financial reporting packs, maintenance of databases.
• Preparation of group consolidated accounts in an accurate & timely manner monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Preparation of financial statements, reporting to internal/external stakeholders of the business.
• Supporting the planning, budget and forecasting process.
• Producing annual statutory accounts for each business entity and consolidation for the group.
• Preparation of group VAT returns quarterly and review of individual entity vat returns.
• Group audit planning and co-ordination.
• Coordination of Year End tax packs and analysis for all trading companies.
• Management of UK corporation tax payments on account and returns.
• Management of group foreign currency requirements and the associated accounting.
• Management of the accounts transactional team.

Salary

On offer for the Group Reporting Manager will be £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
