Interim Finance Director

Ignata Finance are working with a fast growing, international business in Sussex to recruit an Interim Finance Director, to drive best practice and strong controls in a time of rapid expansion. This role will be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the Finance function
• All cash management and banking requirements
• Leading M&A activity
• All management and statutory reporting as well as budgeting
• Provide robust pricing models to deliver high quality bids in a flexible manner
• Drive the P&L and business model forward, identifying cost savings and efficiency gains
• Establish ways of measuring and reporting on key business indicators and will drive the P&L and business model forward, cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Providing a quality management and audit function across the operational elements of the business
• Work with the operational leads to implement improvements identified through the audit process
• Deliver strong MI to support decision making

SKILLS & COMPETENCES

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Proven experience of management reporting in a large and complex business
• Extensive business partnering and cost accounting experience
• Strong communication skills
• A natural leader, able to influence and drive performance and be at home in a fast-paced environment

Location: Remote working, Head office based in Sussex

£400-£500 per day
