Head of Personal Tax required by regional Accountancy Firm in Stoke on Trent

A Head of Personal Tax is required by a regional award-winning Accountancy Firm that offers their clients a full service; including accounts and audit, tax and employment, business transactions, wealth management and international advice. This Firm has built its reputation on honesty, passion and ambition for both the client and their teams.

Your new role
You will be joining a fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding Firm to manage a portfolio of personal tax clients. You will be working closely with the Firm's Client Managers and Directors to build a client base to achieve the Firm's growth targets and providing advice, tips and training to all the team to ensure they are up to date on personal tax issues. Conducting accounts file reviews, personal tax, inheritance tax and trust planning and ensuring that you are supporting your clients' business and reducing their tax effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Head of Personal Tax will be ATT and/or CTA qualified with strong leadership skills to motivate, train and coach a dedicated team and build up the Firm's client base. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced Firm that has exciting growth plans and want to be the go-to person on all Personal tax issues.
