An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Director to join Bradford Estates - an ambitious, expanding and diversified landed estates business, covering some 14,000 acres of land predominantly on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Telford.
About Bradford Estates
The Estates comprise an extensive commercial and residential portfolio, several let farms, 6,000 acres of in-hand farmland and woodland and a variety of wider property interests. The Estates are also pursuing a new settlement proposal around J3 of the M54, aimed at being zero carbon.
Your New Role
The business is recruiting an experienced Finance Director who will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all finance matters
- Modernising and automating the current systems
- Developing analytical functions to drive performance
- Interrogating investments and new ventures
About You
The Finance Director needs to be well motivated, enthusiastic and meticulous in their work, with excellent people skills. The candidate should have strong real estate experience. A knowledge of farming or rural activities would be beneficial.
