Operations Finance Business Partner

£35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits

Are you looking for a role at the core of the business? being able to liaise with the operations department to make informed decisions?

You will be responsible for management and commercial reporting, a broad role which requires you to have persistence and flexibility to manage and swap priorities for smooth and efficient timely outputs. You must be a qualified accountant with experience of business partnering and have a strong management accounting acumen.

An insight to your duties…

• Production of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain rolling forecasts, prepare annual budgets and provide variance analysis reports
• Develop and prepare KPIs to enhance business performance
• Business partnering with multiple site support and operations teams
• Financial analysis, project support, identifying risks and opportunities for improvements
• Commercial modelling for strategic business growth
• Project management opportunities when required
• Assist with any financial related queries to find the best resolutions.
• Support year end audit activities
• Ad-hoc tasks when required

Do you have…

• ACA, ACCA or ACMA
• Experience within an business partnering
• Advanced levels of Excel
• Also knowledge of major ERP systems would be desirable
