CFO

Our client is a high growth PE backed financial services business with an impressive track record and being backed by a well-regarded PE Backer. They are now looking to hire a high calibre CFO to become a key member of the executive team, whilst working alongside the CEO in making strategic decisions. The key focus of the role will be to oversee and drive a small finance team, providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift growth period along with running the operational side of the business.

The CFO will be the right-hand person to the CEO having overall responsibility for the finance and operations function and have a strong presence in professionalising, leading, and implementing all controls, processes, and procedures in order to drive growth for the business.

The ideal candidate will be qualified accountant and having previous experience of working in a PE Backed business preferably in a financial services sector as either a number one or number two or have been an autonomous FD hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills
