SF Recruitment is currently working with an established client based in South West Leicestershire in recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in payroll and ideally long term are looking to potentially progress in to a Payroll Manager role. My client is located on the out skirts of Leicestershire, easily commutable from Lutterworth, Hinckley, South Leicester, Rugby and Coventry.

As the Payroll Administrator you will be working as part of a small friendly team where you will be responsible for processing a number of payrolls for clients varying in size, business type, weekly and monthly payrolls and pay dates. Your daily duties will include processing timesheets and salaries, pro-rata calculations, gross to net reporting, sending payments by BACS, creating and sending the FPS to HMRC, creating and posting payroll journals, starters & leavers and auto enrolment. You will also be responsible for Furlough claims and pension declarations, taking phone calls from clients and assisting with payroll queries.

My client is looking for an experienced payroll administrator who can join the business and make a positive contribution to the team. You will thrive on working in a busy role and be able to manage and prioritise your workload. Experience working with a computerised payroll system, preferably IRIS or Sage Payroll and Microsoft Excel is essential. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a full time, permanent role. Working hours is flexible, 09:00 - 17:00, 08:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 18:00. Free on site parking is available.
