SF Executive are working with a private equity backed service sector business in the Midlands to source an immediately available, deal savvy Chief Financial Officer.
Reporting to the CEO of this £80m turnover business and working as part of the main Board you will be responsible for setting and driving the strategy of the business as well as leading an exit process.
You will also shape and lead a capable finance team in the delivery of cutting edge and commercially relevant financial data aswell as being the main point of contact for external stakeholders.
A qualified accountant, you will have as a minimum have led significant M&A activity as a CFO / FD in industry. Precedence will be given to candidates that have also led a company divestment - this could be a trade sale, PE exit or IPO.
