My client is looking for a Head of Treasury to set up and manage their UK treasury operations. They’re at a crucial stage in their growth and this role is going to be essential to the development of the business as they expand their operations worldwide.
The role is currently remote and will likely look at a 50/50 split wfh/office once covid-19 restrictions ease.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and streamline Treasury processes
- Rationalise global bank accounts
- Manage banking relationships and procedures
- Improve cash pooling to reduced RCF drawdowns
- Liaise with international entities in M&A project
- Covenant compliance
- Lead on TMS project
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
- AMCT qualified is ideal but not essential
- Experience with a TMS implementation will be of benefit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively maintain stakeholder relationships
- Good managerial skills
