Our high-growth, PE backed start-up client require an Interim FP&A Manager for 3-6 months initially, reporting directly into the CEO.
The role will be working remotely from home, with the occasional trip to their office in Hampshire (when Covid permits).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO and PE Fund to drive financial insight and understanding through the provision of analysis and modelling
- Perform cyclical FP&A duties ensuring an adept forecasting and budgeting process, helping scalable best-practice processes emerge
- Provide sensitivity analysis, business case production and commercial support for the production of Board packs
- Understand the business recurring revenue model to provide appropriate insight
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA etc.)
- Previous experience delivering cyclical FP&A duties i.e. budgeting, forecasting, sensitivity analysis etc.
- Demonstrable hands-on ability within a start-up/ small cap company
- Personable and logical approach with good interpersonal skills
- Experience within PE backed organisations or software/technology advantageous
