A fantastic, growing and profitable business based in the Winsford area has an exciting requirement for a Financial Controller to join them.
The business is going from strength to strength and the successful incumbent will be mentored by the current FD with a view to pursue that position in the future.
Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing the finance team (4)
*Full preparation of the monthly accounts including commentary
*Assisting with continuous process and system improvement
*Working closely with the FD with regard to preparing budgets
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Year end preparation, working closely with auditors
*Ad hoc project work where required
The Person
*Ideally a fully qualified accountant or finalist
*Commercial acumen
*A team player with good mentoring experience
*Strong communication skills, being able to adapt to all levels
*Good IT experience (Excel/MOffice)
