Credit Controller - 3 Month Contract - Remote Working

Ignata Finance are exclusively working with a business based in East Sussex for the recruitment of a Credit Controller to work remotely for a 3 month contract.

This is an exciting role where you will be given an opportunity to support the Financial Manager with the collection of outstanding debt. You will very quickly develop a strong understanding of the business in order to identify both new opportunities, and margin improvement opportunities. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. This role will be challenging, as your multiple priorities will change as they operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Debt collection by phone, letter and email
• Running the direct debit system
• Issuing statements and chasing letters
• Maintaining debtor accounts, files and bad debt
• Processing banking and credit card payments
• Holiday and sickness cover for other members of the team as required
