Interim Asset Accountant

Housing Association in Liverpool is recruiting an Interim Asset Accountant for 3-6 months. Working from home.

Your new role
Working within a small team, you'll be responsible for the management of the Group's property asset registers. Duties will include management accounting and reporting, capital accounting, depreciation and systems development. You'll also be accountable for the creation and provision of capital information, for inclusion within the the annual statutory financial statements and subsequent liaison with external auditors.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous fixed asset experience ideally gained from working within the housing sector.
Available to start immediately, or at short notice.

What you'll get in return
Initial 3-6 month contract, with the potential for an extension.
The position will be working from home.
