This role is for an immediately available interim specialist who has experiencing of working in a shared service environment.

A prestigious and market leading business based in the West Midlands.
Description
As the Interim Finance Lead - Shared Services, you will play a critical role in the delivery of effective finance activity and process improvements. This role will require effective stakeholder management skills and will interface with a number of operational heads across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a number of work steams including P2P, OTC and R2R
- Ensuring effective governance and controls are adhered to
- Managing and reviewing all Key Performance Indicators
- Reviewing best practice and driving forward continuous improvement
Profile
- A Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
- A proven track record of engendering trust and forging effective relationships
- Effective leadership and coaching skills
- A proven track record of working in large complex businesses
- An appetite to drive forward best practice
Job Offer
£500 - £550 per day (Inside IR35)
