Finance Director

A successful, global advertising agency is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join the team.

Reporting into the CEO and board, you will be responsible for all day-to-day financial and commercial management for the UK arm of the business.

You'll be commercially minded and able to support with client pitches, negotiations and reviews and will enjoy treating the financial elements of the role with equal importance.

This is a three-month opportunity initially with longer-term potential and will be home-based, owing to COVID.

Finance Director - The Role

• Liaising regularly with the board to support decision making
• Reviewing and presenting financials to the board
• Client management including contract reviews, RFPs and analysis
• Managing and developing the finance team
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Managing all statutory filings and the audit
• Reviewing and improving processes

Finance Director - The Person

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Prior advertising or marcomms agency experience
• Experience working for an independent business or ownership of a small team essential
• Client commercial experience
• Good technical skills
• Immediately available or on short notice
