Your new company
My Client is one of the Northwests most exciting construction groups. Having rapidly expanded over the last 5 years, they are currently embarking on a number of high profile commercial an residential projects. Due to this expansion they are seeking to appoint a Finance Business partner.

Your new role
In this newly created high profile role which is 12-18 months in duration, you will report directly in to the group CFO. You will responsible for driving all the commercial finance around 2 key projects. Will hold fill responsibility for the projects end to end finances, whilst be out within the business and leading the day to day commercials.
You will be the lead finance stakeholder within the project and partner both internally and externally and board level.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive experience of working within construction. leading complex projects and joint ventures. You will have a strong commercial understanding and have the gravitas to interrogate financials both internally and externally.
