CFO Technology

Our client is a newly acquired PE Backed technology business who is seeking an ambitious CFO to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely successful and growing business, while also ensuring there are strong systems, controls and processes in place to support this rapidly growing business.

Partnering with the CEO and other members of the senior management team, the CFO will take full responsibility for setting up the finance function. This means implementing systems, processes and controls as well as the recruitment and management of the finance team. You'll be required to take a fully hands on approach to the role, acting as a true business partner and offering sustained commercial, financial and operational input at board level.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience as an autonomous FD in a PE Backed Business preferably in a technology/software business.

We are ideally seeking people who are able to start immediately or at short notice.
