About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s Treasury Team, helping to support treasury reporting.   

 

Our client is an ambitious organisation, looking to build more homes and invest in their existing properties.  The Treasury Team will play a key role in supporting this, by regularly arranging borrowing from both banks and the debt capital markets while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors and credit ratings agencies.  In this role, you will support the wider team by producing accurate and timely treasury reports for various audiences, both internal and external.

 

Duties will include analysing treasury information to include in corporate reports and acting as a main point of contact within the Treasury team for enquiries from investors.  You will play a key role in the development of Treasury’s approach to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting and be responsible for updating and improving the Investors Centre section of our website.  There will be opportunities for you to influence and take further ownership of the reports they produce. 

 

They want somebody who is:

  • A Qualified Accountant or equivalent with experience at management level

  • Experienced in finance or financial services in large and complex organisations with substantial capital budgets

  • Ideally experienced in corporate treasury or banking

  • Able to produce work to a high standard with strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills

  • Highly motivated with ambition to improve and develop

  • Experienced in managing an excellent, customer-driven service with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced and changing environment
