A high growth and highly profitable software technology business requires a Group Finance Director (No2 in finance) who can work closely with the CFO and Board to help drive performance, along with effective controls and reporting.
The Group Finance Director will lead a large finance team and enjoy a broad remit, owning all aspects of the balance sheet, from transactional finance to controls, through to annual reporting. They will also lead on FP&A, commercial finance, and M&A activity.
This roles presents a great opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to take a positive step towards being a Board CFO as the role will essentially operate as a Deputy CFO.
The ideal candidate will have technology / software sector experience, preferably gained in a high growth environment. They will need to have a combination of strong FP&A / Commercial finance skills coupled with an excellent technical accounting background. Strong leadership and team management credentials is essential.
