Financial Controller

Our client is seeking to recruit qualified Financial Controller to join a dynamic business and manage all aspects of day to day finance. The Financial Controller will manage a small finance team and be responsible for: Production of timely and accurate management accounts: Managing the overheads and budget; Working Capital Management; Statutory reporting; Cash flow management; managing external relationships with banks and auditors; continuous development of systems, procedures and controls; management, training and development of a small finance team.

The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA and have relevant financial experience ideally gained within an SME environment. You should have strong technical accounting skills, the ability to build and manage a team, and strong communication and influencing skills to develop strong working relationships across the business as part of the management team.
