Hamilton Woods Qualified search (HWQS) is assisting a facilities management business that is searching for a Finance Business Partner that can add value to their operation.

In the role, you will be supporting the operations managers to provide commercial guidance, financial reporting, forecasting on various projects. So, previous experience being flexible with key stakeholders, providing analysis and direction is essential.

DUTIES:

  • Support for period-end reporting and results.
  • Act as a key member of the operations team providing financial expertise and insight.
  • Extract and analyse data from a range of sources that can be used to drive performance.
  • Support operations team with system development and implementation.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for expenditure decisions.
  • Supporting external commissioner relationships and associated commissioner reporting and audit requirements.
  • Manage forecasting models and associated reporting for the business area.
  • Support the annual budgets and rolling forecasts for key stakeholders ensuring operations team buy-in and participation.
  • Provide support to implementation teams for new business wins.

    • IDEAL CANDIDATE: - The successful Finance Business Partner will ideally have the following:

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • Post qualified financial experience working within a commercial environment.
  • Prior experience as a business partner supporting operations.
  • Experience with preparing budgets and forecasts and analysing financial results.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience and advantage in the UK outsourcing environment.
