Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading and well-established business in Doncaster. They started out as a family-run business over 65 years ago and have grown to now have operations spanning several countries across Europe, employing a workforce over 1000 people. They currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to strengthen their finance team and aid with budgeting, forecasting and communicating with departmental managers across the wider business in order to assist in the delivery of the overall business strategy.

You will support the Financial Controller in the production of Monthly Management Accounts within group reporting deadlines. Tasked with providing meaningful interpretation and analysis of the numbers that are produced and then working proactively and collaboratively to share knowledge and financial insight across the business.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

*Act as a business partner to assigned business areas
*Develop, manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
*Interrogate and understand the ERP system to ensure consistency
*Production of monthly management accounts and control reconciliations
*Analyse and interpret data and producing meaningful reports
*Regular (daily/weekly/monthly/annual) reporting as assigned
*Work with the entire organisation to identify improvement areas to design and implement improved procedures
*Preparation of forecasts and budgets with involvement of all stakeholders
*Assist with the year-end audit
*Work with and supporting the wider finance team
*Develop and manage financial systems/policies

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA qualified

This role would suit a qualified accountant who already possesses good partnering experience (or at least has a keen interest in developing their business partnering skills).
