Finance Business Partner

A well-known and rapidly growing international hospitality business in recruiting a Finance Business Partner to drive performance at UK sites, hotels, clubs and restaurants. You will support the site GM’s and effectively act as their FD, finance point of contact and resolve any finance issues.

You will drive site commercial performance, revenue growth, cost efficiency and improve margin. The FBP will own monthly reporting and all budgeting and forecasting. You will produce this information in conjunction with the FP&A and wider finance team. You will hold the GM accountable for their site P&L performance and own the balance sheet. This will include actual vs budget; labour, cost, and revenue trend analysis; and pricing strategies. Naturally, you will drive best practice and process improvement. Due to the nature of this role and the growth prospects of this business there will be a significant amount of ad hoc analysis and various projects.

The successful candidate will be a solution driven qualified accountant. You will clearly demonstrate the skills and character necessary to effectively partner operational colleagues and drive performance in a fast-moving hospitality business.

Salary: £55 -60,000 + benefits.
