Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Warehouse Finance Analyst for a market-leading manufacturing business. In this role you will be based at their head office near Goole.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the main purpose of this role is:
- To provide timely & accurate management accounts
- To support operational Managers with financial understanding and budget controls
- To develop processes and controls to improve efficiency and quality of the reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of the weekly costs and KPI reports with commentary
- Maintenance of databases for actuals, budgets and forecasts
- Review of period end costs and accruals to ensure financial information is accurate
- Production of period end reports, including variance analysis
- Producing budgets and forecasts - consolidating the warehouse results for review
- Regular stakeholder communication to ensure customer service is optimal and that finance remains informed on current issues and initiatives
- Ad-hoc financial support and analysis to support decision-making
- Support Supply Chain Finance Manager with any ad hoc analysis as and when required
- Liaison with the group and wider finance team
- Liaison with other departments e. HR, property, IT
- Support the continual review and improvement of logistics finance outputs and processes
