As a Payroll Operations Manager you will assist in delivering Global Outsourced Payroll Services for high profile multinational businesses. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will take responsibility for running multiple onboarding projects, liaising with international offices and an in-house team of payroll specialists to provide first class payroll services. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will take responsibility for running multiple onboarding projects, liaising with international offices and an in-house team of payroll specialists to provide first class payroll services. You principal accountabilities will be:
- Managing global payrolls and operational teams to deliver outsourced payroll management services acting as the primary point of contact.
- Resolving all project issues prior to director escalation.
- Lead complex payroll implementations progressing to business as usual
- Run quarterly project governance meetings
- Review & sign project manuals
- Maintaining service levels through regular stakeholder contact
- Identify and develop ideas which will drive process efficiencies
