Senior Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner

As Finance Business Partner/Analyst you will be responsible for financial management and reporting for the Sheffield site and Business Partnering with various levels of the organisation to support key business decisions and contribute to growth plans.

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

• Business Partner with key non-financial stakeholders to discuss financial results and support business decisions
• Continuous improvement of tracking tools and outputs to support budget owners
• Financial analysis, identifying risk and opportunities and communicating to the Senior leadership team on site
• Effectively challenge assumptions and provide support to stakeholders to guide business decisions
• Support commercial teams with financial analysis
• Month end accounting
• Provide insightful commentary on financial performance
• Drive the preparation and commercial robustness of quarterly and annual forecasts

Profile

Key skills & experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 1+ years post qualified experience
• Demonstrate effective communication across all levels of the business
• Support with financial analysis and reports to drive change
• Ability to identifying areas for process improvements and implement robust solutions
• Experience of accounting systems, particularly SAP
• Previous experience within manufacturing/automotive/logistics business is desirable

Job Offer

£45,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience
