CFO Mentor

We are looking for a CFO with a strong, creditable financial background who has experience managing a business through a funding process. The business, which is a Software firm, is a SME with a turnover of less than 11 Million and has contracts in place in the UK, Asia, Europe and US.

You would be mentor to a young and upcoming VP of Finance who from time to time needs someone to share her ideas with. She is not in need of someone to talk to for hours on end but more someone she can pick up the phone to once a month or so to ask for advice.

As their Mentor, you can develop leadership skills and gain a personal sense of satisfaction from knowing that you have helped someone. Mentees can expand their knowledge and skills, gain valuable advice from a more experienced person, and build their professional networks.
