Michael Page are recruiting for a Finance Transformation Manager to join a Not for Profit organisation based in Wakefield on an 18 month contract
Client Details
The client is a well known, commercial Not for Profit organisation based in Wakefield. They are going through an exciting period of change and development and are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to join their team. This role will work closely with the Deputy CFO and senior stakeholders and will have a really positive impact on the organisation. Description
Duties of the role will include but are not limited to, managing the finance transformation projects and changes, implementing changes, streamlining and improving processes, co-ordinating all resources assigned to projects, reporting back to the senior stakeholders, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process, ensuring thorough acceptance testing and ensuring that deliverables meet the initial requirements, ad hoc team management, dealing with queries, other ad hoc duties.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have implemented and delivered on finance transformation projects ESSENTIAL
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the end to end finance process ESSENTIAL
- Be a Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
- Have excellent project management experience in delivering finance transformation projects ESSENTIAL
- Have worked with senior stakeholders ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
£65,000- £70,000 + Finance Transformation Manager + 18 month contract + Wakefield based + flexible working + ability to work partly from home when the offices re-open + competitive benefits package
