Interim Project Accountant

Investigo are currently partnering with a global, private-equity backed company in their search for an interim project accountant on a 6-9 month contract. The company is highly acquisitive and is in the process of implementing a new finance system. This role will require a well rounded accountant that can take on ad-hoc projects at short notice and add value whilst doing so.

The role:

• Group short term and long term cash flow forecasting & recommendations to resolve cash shortages
• Foreign exchange management and implementation of Hedging policy
• Intercompany payments management
• Drive cash collection across the group
• Identify Key Business Risks and create / maintain appropriate policies
• Anticipate issues so that the quarterly debt covenants are met
• Sales Analysis/KPI Reporting
• Transfer Price and Intercompany Analysis
• Oversee the Group Audit
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts for the Group Consolidation (and UK companies)
• Preparation of Group Audit file

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
• Advanced user of Excel - such as the use of "V-look ups" and "SumIf" functions
• Must have attention to detail and be highly organised
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Flexible, but accurate approach
