Finance Director

Dartmouth Partners have been mandated on a Finance Director position working for a hugely exciting Private Equity backed Media organisation.  The position is newly created and will play a keep part in assisting the CFO navigate the business through continual growth.  

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management to the finance team
• Group reporting from a management and financial perspective
• Due diligence in relation to acquisitions and the preparation of the investment cases to support these investments
• Lead the external audit process and the preparation of the group financial statements
• Managing business and stakeholder objectives in relation to driving performance
• Group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Working capital and cash flow management and optimisation
• Business support and partnering internally, including negotiation and pitch support, particularly in relation to the international development of the business
• Banking and financing arrangements
• Treasury and tax management

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/ CIMA
• Previous experience as a finance director and management of a broad range of individuals activities across a finance function
• Experience in a Media or Consumer Services environment would be advantageous
• Excellent technical skills
• Experience in a high growth business

The role will be based in London and remotely for the time being.
