Resourcery Group are working in partnership with a high-growth, tech-enabled business in Crewe who are, due to an internal restructure, looking to recruit a stand-alone Divisional Finance Manager. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of finance in a key £15m subsidiary business, the Divisional Finance Manager will work with stakeholders internationally. Whilst the offices are based locally to Crewe, the role can actually be based from home full-time with occasional well-being days in the office as required each month. This award winning technology business has grown rapidly both organically and via acquisition and shall continue to do so in the future. Now is a excellent time to join a business experiencing rapid growth with ambitious plans for the future in an autonomous Finance Manager position, working flexibly from home or in the office as you see fit.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and the Finance Director, the Divisional Finance Manager position is a stand-alone one. As such, you will have responsibility for the P&L and Balance Sheet - producing the monthly management accounts (end-to-end), pulling together the month-end management packs, providing detailed variance analysis (actuals v budget and forecasts), business partnering stakeholders across international borders, assisting with board presentations, maintaining and setting up financial models, working with operations from a stock reporting perspective, improving controls, process and systems as you see fit, local tax returns and compliance, supporting the annual audit process (no stat acct production required).
This is a broad and interesting role in a growth, tech-led, award-winning business. The chance to 'own' finance in a £15m t/o subsidiary and work with a supporting cast of market-leading international stakeholders means such a position could act as a genuine stepping stone for your career towards both internally and externally.
