Finance Business Partner

My client, a global leader in the leisure and travel industry, is looking to recruit a ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified candidate into its huge finance function.

You will be managing the finances of an individual business unit, providing financial information and recommendations, enabling you to maximise your professional expertise and finance qualification. You will be a key member of the relevant business unit's management team and will also interface with the Financial Manager and Financial Controller of the area. You will be responsible for developing relationships with your business unit, communicating financial results to colleagues at differing levels, whilst challenging them and holding them accountable for delivery of demanding financial targets.

Candidates will need good business awareness, commercial acumen, management accounting and analytical experience. However, customer focus and an enthusiastic approach will really make the successful candidate stand out.

You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with an all round accounting background with the ability or experience to business partner non finance personnel. You can be looking for your first move from practice or in a similar role in industry.
