Group Internal Audit Manager

Group Internal Audit Manager required for an iconic Liverpool organisation.

Iconic Liverpool organisation with historic links to the city. Our client is a large complex Mutli faceted business.


Your new role
Group Internal Audit Manager reporting into the CFO and audit committee. This roles main focus will be to enhance the organisations internal audit division.
You will be required to review all existing policies and procedures and then scope and develop a new way or working. A key area of focus will be reviewing IA policies within IT and looking at IT controls and policies. You will also be actively involved in various IA projects and take a lead. Minimal travel is required as the majority of the business is based at the site in Liverpool.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA/IAA and have significant experience of working in Internal audit and have a suitable strong academic background. Ideally you will have a big 4 or mid-tier background.
Strong IT skills, project management and leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential to be successful in this role.
