Pricing Manager

Pricing Manager sought for a leading broker who are in the middle of a major transformation of their Pricing & Analytics capabilities.

Our client has invested heavily in WTW Radar and Emblem. They have also implemented some exciting Machine Learning techniques with the use of R and Python.

There is an established team in place to help you enhance existing models as well as building brand new models in Emblem / Radar and R / Python. You will work across a diverse range of Personal and Commercial classes of business.

This role will also have a large commercial / business focus, as you will be involved in dealing with senior stakeholders on the day to day trading position of the business and achieving long term business plans from a Pricing perspective.

• You do not need prior experience of using R / Pyhton, but you must be able to demonstrate an interest in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Experience of using either Emblem or Radar is desired.
• Ideally you will have managed people before, either in a management role or on an ad-hoc / project basis.
• You will ideally have worked in a broker, although those from insurers with commercial acumen will be considered.

This role will be based remotely to begin with, when office working resumes it is possible to maintain this role as home based should you wish.
