Your new company
My client are a new start up with strong financial backing and expectations of reaching a very healthy turnover within the next year. The launch of this new venture is already securing extensive high profile publicity and the offering will be launched on a global basis. They currently employ c20 staff plus outside consultants

Your new role
This is truly a really exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding and very exciting launch. Reporting to a chartered accountant FD, you will be responsible for putting together all the financial figures for the management accounts but also handle all the transactional side although it is envisaged in the short term to be taking on a bookkeeper . Although this is an A-Z finance role, it is expected that the candidate will be able to add value and grow with the business


What you'll need to succeed
You will have a track record as Finance Manager gained within an SME environment. You will ideally be able to demonstrate through your CV and the interview experience of process improvement, project work, business partnering and be able to steer financial decisions whilst maintaining diplomacy and tact. An entrepreunerial spirit and attitude is essential for this role
