Marks Sattin are working with a Doncaster based Manufacturing business to assist in the recruitment of a Management Accountant. This is a newly created role and a really exciting opportunity for the right driven and talented individual.
Responsibilities;
- Ownership of management accounting processes and outputs.
- Posting of journal entries, preparation of control account reconciliations.
- Production of monthly management accounts.
- Close working relationship with relevant commercial finance business partners to ensure appropriate treatment and presentation of transactions and results.
Skills;
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualified
- Experience of running journal processing and accounts preparation
- Strong understanding of double entry and rigorous approach to control and reconciliation practices
- Ability to investigate and understand detailed processes while retaining focus on broader objectives
- Good level of Excel
- Communication and interpersonal skills; relationship-building and interdepartmental working
