Finance Manager required to join a vibrant construction business in North Manchester


Your new company
Your new company is an innovative and vibrant business based in North Manchester leading the way in property design and construction.

Your new role
You'll be the finance lead on a small yet progressive finance team reporting directly into the Managing Director. You'll take charge of all Financial and Management Accounts. You will be responsible for the VAT Returns, HMRC Compliance, CIS Scheme. You will manage a team of 4 including the HR function.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a hands-on approach to accounting and be willing to get involved in all aspects of the role. You'll have previous experience in Managing a team, have a recognised Qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA and wish to join an organisation which holds potential to develop into a more senior financial position. You will have experience within construction and property including the CIS scheme and IFRS.
