My client are currently seeking an confident and knowledgeable Credit Control Supervisor to manage a small team of Credit Controllers on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a Credit environment and feel comfortable managing a team based both on-site and remotely. From time to time, travel may be required to other sites however this will be organised well in advance and will not require overnight stays.
You will have previous experience dealing with credit queries and escalations right through to legal matters and feel competent speaking with corporate, PLC firms. As well as overseeing the day to day duties of the team, you will still remain very hands-on in your approach whilst also being responsible for aged debt reporting and updates to Senior Management. The role requires someone with full working knowledge of the Credit process right from risk and setting up of accounts through to allocations, payments, reporting and leadership.
