Your new firm
One of the largest independent accountancy firms in the North West are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) as an Accounts & Audit Senior to join their successful and expanding Liverpool office. This is a great opportunity to work in one of their larger offices dealing with a varied and local client base. As this is a newly created role there are opportunities to join the firm on either a part time or full time basis with permanent hybrid working solutions available.

Your new role
As an Accounts & Audit Senior you will take a lead on both audit and accounting assignments with day to day duties including preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, leading client planning meetings, overseeing junior staff on audit, reviewing fieldwork and assisting the manager with the completion of the audit files. Your portfolio will consist predominantly of OMBS and group companies however there will be some international client exposure too.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a bright and ambitious Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) who can demonstrate prior experience of leading audit assignments and lives in the Merseyside / Wirral region. As you will operate in a client facing role you must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and the ability to lead a team.
