Management Accountant (Part Qualified)

Following a record breaking year, a niche manufacturing company has created a new opportunity for a Part Qualified Management Accountant who is looking for an operationally focussed role. Working closely with the Finance Director and site leadership you will given the opportunity to take ownership for the monthly management accounts and lead on a number of critical areas including:
* Defining and producing a suite of KPI reports to deliver vital information for business decision making
* Identifying and implementing improved and more efficient reporting e. automation of processes/better database utilisation
* Building strong relationships across the senior team and the production teams helping to identify and improve efficiencies on the manufacturing process
To be considered for this role you should be actively studying towards CIMA qualification, with some knowledge or previous experience within a manufacturing environment. Given the high profile nature of this role you should also be a confident communicator who is able to influence decision making. Importantly, as this business is forecasting considerable growth over the next 3 - 5 years we are looking for someone who is ambitious and keen to move into a more senior role within the short to medium term.
