Investigo have partnered with a well-established business based in Hemel Hempstead to recruit for a German speaking accounts payable clerk on a full time, permanent basis. The role is paying between £25,000 - £27,500 depending on experience.
The Role:-
- Dealing with suppliers and resolving any queries
- Bank Reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Allocation of Supplier Payments
- Keeping supplier Statement reconciliation's & all information is up to date
- Processing and reconciling the Monthly Company Credit Cards
- Processing weekly pay-runs including expenses
- Reviewing aged creditors and investigating any debit balances
- Various other ad-hoc project work as required
The Ideal Candidate:-
- Fluent in German- with an understanding of French too
- Previous experience working within a similar accounts payable role
- Be driven by a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in an organised manner and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent numeric and literacy skills
- Excellent IT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
