Overview
Baker Charles have been mandated by a large multi-national organization to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract which will be a Working from Home position initially.
This is a newly created role which will focus on improving commercial analysis and output across the FP&A team whilst providing full-scope financial insight to senior stakeholders to be able to support strategic business decision making.
The Role
- Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting of internal projects.
- Analyse and interrogate large data sets using MS Excel to an advanced level and able to present these data sets in simple form.
- Lead and deliver change and improvements across all major processes.
- Effectively communicate with senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously and able to demonstrate prioritization of tasks.
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner is essential.
- Ideally ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner, especially with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills are required.
