Your new role
With a reporting line to the business unit's Finance Director, you'll work right across the business with both financial and technical real estate professionals. You'll sit as part of a finance team tasked with complex financial modelling and data analysis, and have the opportunity to manage client relationships alongside producing useful management information. You'll manage a variety of stakeholders and have to build an internal network of largely non finance professionals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a comprehensive financial modelling skill set coupled with a technical understanding from completing your ACA accounting qualification. You will be able to build complex financial models on Excel, and have the ability to influence and share knowledge a key to this position's success, your communication skills will be excellent and you will be able to demonstrate a robust and confident character during previous commercial positions. Budgeting and forecasting alongside pricing and other metrics will feature heavily in your skill set, and ideally will knowledge of the Real Estate industry.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of around £70,000 depending on your experience. You'll also be part of an organisation with a high profile, global presence and in a position which should allow autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders. Based in their London offices, it's easily accessible from around the city when office work is required.
