We are currently working with a high growth private equity backed technology business that has an ambitious M&A Strategy. As a result, they are looking for some interim M&A support to initially work on a live acquisition, and then work on a healthy pipeline of other potential acquisitions targets.
Working closely with the CEO, CFO & investors, you will have responsibility of the full deal life cycle from due diligence & negotiations through to integration, whilst managing the relationships with external parties.
This will be an initial 6 month assignment which could be extended longer.
