Consultant - Front Office Finance Consultancy (Newly Qual)

Marks Sattin are proud to be working alongside an established and rapidly growing finance consultancy based in Central London. Founded and led by a number finance professionals from both advisory and corporate backgrounds, the team provides hands on finance and commercial expertise to support finance directors and senior teams through transactions and special projects.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a dynamic front office team where you'll have a lot of input from the start. The ideal candidate is someone who is ACA or CIMA / ACCA qualified with at least 6 months of post-qualification experience ideally in a front office environment.

You'll be involved in multiple projects with multinational clients involving extensive transactional modelling, valuations, operational improvement/management and varied consulting work.

The team has worked on many projects for a range of PE backed, midcap, listed corporates, government bodies and charities.

Typically they will support their clients through mergers, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and also with operational improvement activities such as cashflow modelling, forecasting, reporting, finance function review and improvement.

The role requires someone who has strong technical and commercial skills and who is willing to work across a variety of sectors.

The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering successful time pressured projects and a desirable background would be:

• Big four transactions / deals / restructuring support experience
• Consultancy and or advisory experience
• Industry experience in Business Partner roles or special projects
• Will consider Audit background with relevant experience
